That is true as far as it goes, but it doesn't go far enough. Yes, most
healthy people will have mild symptoms, if any. The danger, however, is
that they spread the virus to those who are more vulnerable. That is
the reason for the lockdown and so on. BECAUSE they have few if any
symptoms, they are out and about and spreading the virus. Normal
influenza is different, for two reasons. First, many people are
vaccinated against it. Second, those who do get it are bedridden an
hence not out and about spreading it.

The question is how many there would have been without any measures
against it. The answer is many, many more. There are so few deaths
BECAUSE OF the measures which have been taken. In those areas where
there were a large number of cases, even though there were some measures
against it (but too little, too late), the death toll more than doubled.
That means that more people died of COVID-19 during those weeks than
from ALL OTHER CAUSES COMBINED.

The question is how many there would have been without any measures
